2. Booking and Confirmation
- Booking Process: Customers can book cabs through our website, app, or customer support number.
- Confirmation: Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as communicated during the booking process.
- Modifications: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Modes: Payments can be made via cash, online transfers, credit/debit cards, or other modes accepted by Uttarakhand Cab Service.
- Advance Payment: A certain percentage of the fare may need to be paid in advance to confirm the booking.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a partial refund (deducting processing fees).
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time.
- Company Cancellations:

- Behavior: Passengers must maintain proper decorum during the trip. Misbehavior, damage to the vehicle, or violations of local laws may lead to termination of the service without a refund.
6. Driver Responsibility
- Drivers are professional and trained to ensure passenger safety.
- Drivers reserve the right to deny services to passengers under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or those exhibiting unruly behavior.
7. Service Limitations
- Uttarakhand Cab Service is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar capacity and category if the booked cab is unavailable.
8. Pricing and Additional Charges
- Base Fare: Pricing is based on distance, type of vehicle, and duration of service.
- Additional Charges: Toll fees, parking fees, and state taxes are not included in the base fare unless specified.
- Waiting Charges: Waiting beyond the agreed time may incur additional charges.
9. Liability
- Uttarakhand Cab Service ensures vehicles are well-maintained and drivers are licensed. However, we are not liable for:
- Accidents or damages caused by third parties.
- Losses due to delays beyond our control.
