At Uttarakhand Cab Service, we strive to provide you with the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds. Please read carefully before booking.


1. Cancellation by the Customer

1.1 Cancellation Timeframes

* 30 days prior to arrival date – No Cancellation Charge
* Between 30 – 15 days prior to arrival date – 40 % Cancellation Charge package
* Between 15 – 7 days prior to arrival date – 50% Cancellation Charge package
* Between 7 days – 48 hours prior to arrival date – 75 % Cancellation Charge package
* Less than 48 hours or No Show – NO REFUND

1.2 Process of Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made via our official communication channels (website, app, or customer support).
  • A cancellation request is only considered confirmed once you receive acknowledgment from our team.

2. Cancellation by Uttarakhand Cab Service

2.1 Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to operational issues (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or weather conditions):
    • Customers will be notified promptly.
    • A full refund will be processed.
    • Alternatively, we may offer a substitute vehicle or reschedule based on customer preference.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed based on the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines:
    • Online payments: 5-7 business days.
    • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days.
    • Cash payments: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation of bank details.

3.2 Non-Refundable Charges

  • Processing fees, payment gateway charges, or additional services availed during the booking are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for waiting charges, toll fees, or parking fees incurred before cancellation.

3.3 Conditions for Refund Denial

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the trip).
  • Failure to show up at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Miscommunication or errors in the booking details provided by the customer.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, roadblocks, strikes, or government restrictions.


5. Modification of Policy

Uttarakhand Cab Service reserves the right to modify the Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Customers are advised to review the policy before booking.
